David Alan Harvey is bringing his $10,000 Emerging Photographers Fund surprise to LOOK3. Ten finalists have been chosen and the first to be revealed is Alejandro Chaskielberg, who coincidentally, will be showing his EPF project at LOOK3′s SHOTS projection on June 12.
