The TREES exhibit is a hallmark of the LOOK3 Festival as majestic images from nature are suspended on banners high in the trees along Charlottesville’s outdoor pedestrian mall. The TREES exhibition is ecologically centered, focusing each year on a particular species or issue related to the environment. LOOK3 featured the wildlife images of Nick Nichols in 2007, Flip Nicklin in 2008, and Tom Mangelsen in 2009, three of the world’s premier nature photographers.
